CNN Presents's new special, “Is Anybody Out There? The Search for Life in the Universe” delves into the questions that occupy many of us in our investigations.  CNN Space Correspondent Miles O’Brien looks at the alien question from a scientific point of view and seeks out the thoughts of earth-bound explorers, including the SETI Institute's Dr. Jill Tarter, Dr. Chris Chyba and Dr. Frank Drake.  The SETI Institute scientists were videotaped at Arecibo Observatory, on the island of Puerto Rico on the last observation run for the SETI Institute's Project Phoenix. CNN Presents’s “Is Anybody Out There?” broadcasts this coming Sunday, August 8th at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. (ET) on CNN/US.
